Positive Mental Health for Parents Series
Parenting is one of life’s most profoundly joyful experiences, but it can also be one of life’s toughest challenges. I work with parents to help them cultivate the skills and strategies to promote positive mental health for themselves—and their families.
This offering is a four-part series that covers topics like creating healthy boundaries, taking time for yourself, and building a community of support. I encourage my clients to shift their perspective and focus on what’s strong, instead of what’s wrong, to create nurturing space within their families where compassion and connection can happen.

Youth Peerspectives Mental Health Series
Being a teenager is about finding yourself and learning to navigate the world with confidence and authenticity. I provide a four-part group peer support series for youth between the ages of 13-18 where we’ll focus on building self-awareness and empathy. We’ll also discuss boundary setting, vulnerability, problem-solving, and how to show up in difficult situations.
My goal is to open up a safe space where teens feel heard, understood, and cared for. I believe such a space allows them to learn essential life skills that equip them to manage their mental health and well-being so they can build deeper relationships with themselves as they grow up.

Peer Support Worker Training
This two-day training program aims to teach teams how to provide effective peer support within their organizations. I cover the basics of peer support and what it looks like in the workplace. Topics of discussion include how to have courageous conversations and how to hold space for vulnerability. We also talk about mental health awareness and building self-care plans within the context of peer support resources at work.
Each training program is created in collaboration with an organization’s staff to meet the needs of each unique workplace.
